A fork buffet is also an ideal way to cater for guests whilst they are standing chatting but it is a bit more substantial than a finger buffet. We have ten sample menus to choose from and the full list and prices is available to download at the foot of this page.
Our fork buffet menus, just like all our other menus can be adjusted to suit the clients, taste, budget and circumstance. Like all our dishes listed ALL items themselves can be altered to suit tastes. For example on the fork buffet menu below (recently chosen on a wedding in Wilmslow, Cheshire) the Butter Baked Salmon had a tarragon mayonnaise, but it could have had any flavoured mayonnaise or sauce, or even simply on its own.
